This Burns Flyte is a extreemly rare and iconic Guitar .

Made by Newcastle born Jim Burns in the 1970’s, it is still one of the most unusual and futuristic looking Guitars we have ever clapped eyes on.It’s Design was inspired by the shape of the famous Conchord Aircraft and it does truly look, with one flick of its wings, like it could be off soaring through the stratosphere.

We are selling this Burns for Adam Ian Sykes the renowned Guitarist from famed Newcastle based ,wild and wonderful Heavy Rock/ Metal band Pigsx7! If you haven’t heard Pigsx7 they will blow you away a truly awesome power to be reckoned with!

Before him it was owned by Richard Dawson, who played this guitar on his Album ‘Henki’ that he wrote in Collaberation with the Finnish Rock Band ‘Circle’.If you dont know Dawson – check him out – he has written many truly amazing Albums ( my fave so far is ‘2020’) .He combines folk roots and gregorian scales with wild guitar and  brilliant,poiniant,story telling lyrics  and his collaberation with Circle – give it an excellent, fierce, Nordic Rock flavour!

This Guitar has been marked by its Rock andRoll lifestyle since the 70’s and Richard Dawson and AdamIan Sykes have no doubt added their own marks, but it has had a Curvy Sounds set up and plays like a dream ! Come and check it out.
